Minimum booking 1 hour.

Party bookings must be for a minimum of 4 hours.

Daytime sessions are 8am -1pm and 1pm-6pm.

Evening sessions are from 6pm.

Weekdays term-time 4pm-7pm is considered a session.

Saturdays term-time 2pm - 6pm is considered a session.

Sundays 10 am-2pm and 2pm - 6pm are each considered a session.

The weekend rate applies from 6pm on Friday to 6pm on Sunday.

A 'Weddings' session covers 3pm Friday to 12 noon on Sunday.

Within a session the hourly rate is charged until the sessional rate is reached. Extension of a booking into a second session may be permitted at the Lettings Manager's discretion and may attract the charge in full for the second session irrespective of the number of hours used.

Extras such as early access to kitchen, refundable damages deposit, use of Stage Lights and use of dressing room are available on request.

New Year's Eve is charged at Friday / Saturday evening rate.

Rates for charities, not-for-profit organisations and affiliated members are available for some sessions on request.
