How to Book

Please check out the detailed descriptions of the rooms that are available to make sure that you know what you are booking in terms of size and facilities. Use the photoshow to help. The Lettings manager is happy to answer any questions . Please also check the General Information document on the Information For Hirers page for further details of the Hall and its facilities.

Then consult the diary on our Calendar page to see if the slot you require is available for the chosen room. 

If it is only partially available, there may be room for negotiation, so please discuss this with our Lettings Manager

Then to secure your booking please contact the Lettings Manager Katie Ernest using the Contact Form or by emailing


Once the details have been agreed the Lettings Manager will put the booking in the diary while the paperwork is issued, and send a booking form in the post, along with payment details. Your booking will be secured once the form has been returned signed, and payment has been made. If the event is some time in the future 50% of the hire fee may be requested to secure the booking, with the balance invoiced prior to the event. You should advise the Lettings manager at time of booking if you wish to run a pay bar at your event.
